| Abstract: | After 1911 Revolution,Yang Zengxin takes the place of the former Xinjiang Governor YuanDahua.After taking his office,Yang faced a lot of political,economic,military and diplomatic problems to resolve.In order to consolidate Xinjiang society and stabilize his ruling position,Yang Zengxin adopted a series of new measures to reform the bureaucratic system.The paper thinks that the reform has played an important role for the development of Xinjiang society at that time and later. |
