| Abstract: | The journal of higher vocational institutes should have the consciousness of famous publication.It should have its own famous topics.It can improve the quality of the publication for the editors to have the consciousness of making the publication famous.The key idea of this consciousness is the advantage of subjects and the consciousness should become the guide line that the journal pursued. |
