| 摘 要： | 在资源环境与城乡规划管理专业本科生的《专业法规》课程教学实践中,通过案例解剖、旁听法院案件审理,围绕热点问题讨论,举行课堂辩论会,让学生走上讲台等举措,提升学生的法制观念、社会责任、思辩能力和创新精神,体会教学相长的真谛,增强了教学效果。
