| 摘 要： | 近十几年来,一类称之为演化计算的算法已日渐趋于成熟,并在许多领域之中得以应用.这类算法吸收了生物演化的思想,并借鉴了生物的自然选择和遗传进化机制,可以认为它们是一种宏观意义下的仿生学算法.这类算法可以成为化学信息分析与处理的一种有效工具.

| Abstract: | In the recent decade, an algorithm named Evolutionary Computation has become mature and been applied to many areas. This computation has absorbed ideas from biologic evolution and used the biological system of natural choice and hereditary evolution for reference. In a macro sense, it can be considered as a bionics computation, and used as an effective tool in chemistry information analysis and processing. |
