| 摘 要： | 教学秘书在高职院校三级教学管理体系中起着上传下达、联系左右的重要作用,本文从岗位隶属、岗位权责、岗位待遇等方面分析了高职院校教学秘书队伍在岗位设置存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议和对策。
