| 摘 要： | 如何构造既能有效追诉犯罪又能充分保障人权的侦检关系。根据我国的现实情况应该通过改革建立一种新型的侦检关系，检察官对刑事警察侦查活动的指导与监督，强化检察权对警察诉讼行为合法性的法律控制。
