| 摘 要： | The International Olympic Committee (IOC) lavished praise on the progress Beijing had made in the first year after the Chinese capital was awarded the 2008 Olympic Games.The IOC s Coordination Commission had its first full meeting with the Beijing Organizing Committee (BOCOG) on December 2-4, 2002, listening to BOCOG's progress report on construction, sport, Olympic Village and services, environment, communication, marketing, accommodation and technology. The Coordination Commission also visited the city's light railway, the fourth- and fifth-ring roads, and the Olympic Green.
