| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代掀起的"法律多中心性(legal lpolycentricity)"的新法理学运动主张法的非普遍性和同一法律制度下价值的非普遍性的观点.拒绝接受道德和法律问题的单一价值方法.但是法律的趋同化特点与法律的多中心性特点统一贯穿于现代法律的发展变化过程中,在法律渊源、法律部门(法系)、法价值、法的道德性和西方法学思想流派五方面,法律的多中心性和趋同化特点共存.这也是完全符合马克思辨证唯物主义关于事物的矛盾统一原理的.
