| Abstract: | Nowadays,the application and research of streaming media technique have been developed repidly.Based on this turning point,the paper puts forward the typical representation of educational television system:the network transmission and presentation of video information.A system of video information network transmission and presentation based on the technique of streaming media has been put forward.Some strategies which aiming at the main problem of this system are given. |
