| Abstract: | It is important and necessary to unburden teachers. To urburden teachers, it is a must to establish a teaching administration system which adapts to market economy, tutorial system, for instance, focusing on bidirectional choices between teachers and students, so as to develop individualities of the teachers to the great degree while the responsibity of teaching or administration is being taken. |
