| 摘 要： | 目前越来越多的开发商投入到土地一级开发中,而土地一级开发是房地产开发的第一个环节,也是土地开发的基础性环节。因此,研究中国土地一级开发过程中的利润分配问题及相关对策,对于维护国家利益、协调开发商与土地使用者之间的关系具有重要现实意义。
