| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping held that the ethical basis of socialist system’s existence rests with its nature of serving the people, therefore the 2 basic value goals of socialist system are as follows: the first is developing production and promoting efficiency, the second is becoming rich and realizing fairness. Taking the people as the basis, efficiency and fairness merge into the ethical characters of socialist system. |
