体用兼理、内外并协、无为而治为班级管理三态。体用兼理的管理方式突出理念指导，内外并协侧重动力激发，无为之治体现了管理活动的灵活性与艺术性。三种管理方式渐次从局限性管理的“有”上升至普适性管理的“无”，从“有为”到“无为”，终而升华为融会贯通、出神入化的“无不为”，形成了阶梯化的管理体系。
