管理集成视角下的企业知识共享

知识共享不是简单的引进先进的计算机技术，构建公司的Intranet，也不只是一个简单、单一的环节，而是整个管理集成过程中环节之一，同时知识共享也并不是一个由单因素技术决定的过程，而是诸因素集合的一个有机整体。本文从管理集成视角对知识管理进行系统的分析，得出管理集成在知识共享中的运用：其一为知识共事与知识创新的互动关系；其二为包括技术、员工、组织在内的知识共享三维图。
