| 摘 要： | 证券市场监管政策是否科学、合理,牵涉到市场的公平和效率,本文通过对监管政策造成上市公司预期收入缺口曲线的博弃分析.给出现行ST处理政策.上市公司配股政策存在的弊端,以及解决此类问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The fairness and efficiency of the market is concerned with the science and reasonableness of the policies of security market supervision. This paper, by means of game analysis of the listed companies expected income discontinuity by supervision policies, offers the existing ST treating policies, points out the disadvantages of the share rationing policy of listed companies, and suggests effective solutions to similar problems. |
