论有传统文化属性的农村养老保障模式的建立

文化是制度产生的内生变量,不同的文化特质荟萃生出不同的养老保障制度及养老模式。与传统孝道文化相一致的养老保障模式即家庭养老,在现代大工业时期,似乎它应该退出历史舞台,呆国外较发达国家的养老保障发展史告诉我们,家庭养老不仅不会终结,相反它还会随着历史的发展焕发出更加绚烂的青春活力,在现代社会它依然回唱主角,其他形式的养老保障都不过是对它的补充。我国的农村养老保障模式必须有传统文化的属性。
