| 摘 要： | 西部大开发后,国家和自治区加大了对少数民族地区农村教育的支持力度,使农村教育的办学条件得到改善。本文通过对新疆维吾尔自治区农村地区少数民族教师的访谈调查,了解了少数民族基础教育的现状及其存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | After developping greatlyin western region national and interborough enlargement to educational support, make village get the improvementin education.This research tells the problems of the national minority teachers of the interborough villages,understanding the educational present condition of the national minority foundation and its existance, and put forward the homologous measure. |
