| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育已经进入到一个新的阶段，面临着新的情况和问题，高校稳定工作的着眼点和着重点也应随之进行调整。高校必须认真分析改革和发展的形势，抓好以三大教育、三项管理和三支队伍为核心的“三三”工程，将维护稳定的各项工作落到实处。
