西藏大学生就业指导现状与对策研究

随着西藏高校毕业生人数的逐年攀升,就业体制由过去的推荐毕业生就业转向指导毕业生去人才市场就业,因此,就业指导无疑成为西藏高校学生工作的重点和难点。文章阐述了西藏高校毕业生就业制度改革的实施,提出了西藏高校就业指导的现状,针对性地提出了创新西藏高校就业指导模式的对策。

Tibetan student career guidance and the countermeasures

As the number of college graduates in Tibet rising year by year,the employment system of graduates from the previous recommendation to the personnel turn guide the graduate to employment market,therefore,employment guidance will undoubtedly become the focus of the work of university students in Tibet and difficulties.This article discusses implementation of reforms of the employment of college graduates in Tibet,put forward the status of career guidance in Tibet,and proposes innovative measures of universities career guidance model.
