| 摘 要： | 阐述了培养学员创新能力应从实验教学着手,首先根据海军岗位任职教育实验教学的总体目标,结合航空火控工程专业特点及学科建设培养目标对实验教学进行了顶层设计,并以改革实验教学内容体系为核心、以创新实验教学模式为基础,提高学员的综合素质和创新能力。

| Abstract: | This paper proposed that innovation should be improved in experimental teaching.With the objective of post education,it lays out the experimental teaching in combination of the subject fire-control's features and its teaching goal,improves the teaching contents and teaching mode,so as to enhance learners' quality and innovation abilities. |
