摘    要:国有企业经营者激励机制是市场经济发展的要求,也是一项长期而艰巨的任务。目前,我们国有企业的激励约束机制不够健全,还存在着较大的偏失,从适应进一步发展的需要和规范操作的角度看,还需要提出一些针对性措施,在实践中努力予以改进。
