| 摘 要： | 21世纪的社会竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,人才的能力不仅仅包括智商、情商还包括良好的身心素质。这种社会对人才素质要求的转变也就赋予体育教学新的含义,要求体育教学不再是仅仅注重课堂上的教育,还应当在合理的限度内延伸到课堂以外,这是体育课内外教学一体化模式的应有之义。这种教学模式应用的紧迫性在高职学校中显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Social competition in the 21st century comes down to that of the talents. Competence of talents not only includes intelligence quotient, emotional quotient but also is good mind and body quality. This change of talent quality requirement by society has given new implication to physical education teaching, requiring PE no longer focuses education in class but extends outside classroom within a reasonable limit. This is the meaning of integrated mode of internal and external teaching for PE. The applied urgency of this teaching mode in higher vocational school seems particularly important. |
