摘    要:高职院校人力资源需要对各类人才的资源结构、效益配置、奖励机制等进行科学化管理。通过人性化管理以极大地调动人才的参与性、积极性和创造性,在管理上要将基础性工作放在第一位,使人力资源管理符合学校的长远发展。同时突出教师的主体利益,建立人性化管理策略,创造软环境才能发挥人才的资源优势。

Current Development and Management,Developing Direction and Exploration of Human Resources in Higher Vocational Institute
Abstract:Higher vocational institute's human resource needs scientific management of resource structure, benefit allocation, and reward system for all types of talents. It should arouse the people's participation, enthu- siasm and creativity through humanized management, and should put the basic work in the first place in order to make the management of human resource accord with the long-term development of the school. At the same time, the teacher's main interest should be highlighted and the strategy of humanized management should be established. Only with such soft environment, can we develop the advantage of talents.
