辽宁矿产资源的百年开发及对老工业基地发展和振兴的影响

辽宁矿产资源开发于清末起步,在经历了日本殖民者的疯狂掠夺和新中国大力采掘后,矿产资源渐趋萎缩。矿产资源的百年开发对经济发展产生了巨大的推动作用,既奠定了辽宁老工业基地的地位也塑造了辽宁在建国初期的工业辉煌;但是,其负面影响也是深刻的,阻碍了辽宁老工业基地的振兴,主要体现在资源枯竭的危机、生态环境失衡、生产结构畸形、计划经济体制的痼疾等等。

Centennial mining and its impact on the development and restoration of the old industrial center of Liaoning

The mining in Liaoning,after its initial stage in the Qing Dynasty,suffered the unbridled plunder of Japanese colonists and underwent our own undue exploitation,which led to the sharp decrease of mineral resources.In general,the mining has given an enormous impetus to the economic development of Liaoning province in that it has both contributed to the establishment of Old Industrial Centre and the almost-30-year industrial glory.However,the negative effects of the mining has hindered the restoration of Liaoning Old Industrial Centre,which has been manifested in the crisis of exhaustion of mineral resources,the imbalance of ecological environment,the malformation of production structure and the chronic deficiency of the system of planned economy,etc.
