| 摘 要： | 新的课程标准和大纲相比在许多方面有新的突破，体现出素质教育的宗旨，表现出鲜明的时代气息和新的最育最学理念，不仅仅是知识结构、内容编排的改变，更重要的是课程基本理念和具体目标的变革，实施新课标要吃透精神，更新观念，脚踏实地，务实求新，改进课程评价，形成正确导向，更好地适应当今社会政治经济的发展。
