| Abstract: | The basic conception and the discipline system of mechanical engineering are introduced. It is expounded that the development of mechanical engineering is in need of social production and social advance and has a great influence on social productive forces,industrial structure,mode of production and social ideology. The development trend of mechanical engineering is pointed out. |
