谈数字时代的陶瓷研究产权保护

为了保护陶瓷研究的知识产权，分析了数字时代文献数字化、信息传播及信息服务中陶瓷研究知识产权的保护问题。提出了既要加强对陶瓷知识产权的保护，也需要根据数字时代的特点修订现有的知识产权法律、法规，以满足数字时代陶瓷文献信息服务的需要的新观点。

On Protection of intellectual property right about ceramic research in digital age

This protection in process of document digitization, information transmission and information service are analyzed in order to protect intellectual property right about ceramic research in the digital age. A new point of view is raised raised about the protection of intellectual property of ceramics should be strengthened, laws of intellectual property also need to be modified in accordance with digital-age’s features to meet requirements of ceramics literature information service.
