| 摘 要： | 目的：观察融髓方治疗LDH的临床疗效。方法：90例LDH患者冲服融髓方，早晚各一次，单个疗程为10天，连续治疗3个疗程。结果：90例LDH患者经治疗后无论单阶段、双节段还是多阶段，其总有效率均在90%左右。讨论：融髓方治疗LDH疗效较好，且具有经济、方便、副作用小、复发率低等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of thawing marrow decoction on LDH. Methods： 90 cases of LDH patients with thawing marrow side, sooner or later each time, a single course of treatment was 10 days, continuous treatment of 3 courses. Results：90 cases of LDH patients after treatment, single stage and double segment or multi stage, the total effective rate of around 90%in both. Discussion： the curative effect of treatment of LDH melt pulp is better, and has economic, convenient, small side effect, low recurrence rate. |
