| 摘 要： | 程序公正是司法公正的一个重要方面，是实体公正的重要保障，司法公正的外在表现形式是司法明，而司法救助制度则是司法明的重要内容和表现形式。实施和完善我国法院司法救助制度是实现司法公正的重要途径，而弘扬司法明、确保司法公正则是达到社会正义的必由之路。司法救助制度有待于在审判实践中进一步完善，包括司法制度的完善、社会机制的完善和个人法律意识的完善。

| Abstract: | The impartiality of legal procedure which constitutes an important part of judicial impartiality guarantees entity justice. The external manifestation of judicial impartiality is judicial civilization and judicial aid system makes up an essential component of judicial civilization. The implementation and perfection of our judicial aid system boosts the fulfilment of judicial impartiality while the promotion of judicial civilization and guarantee of judicial impartiality is an essential step towards socialism. Our judicial aid system is to be further improved through judicial practice concerning judicial system, social mechanism and public awareness of law. |
