| 摘 要： | 解决贸易争端是世界贸易组织的主要职能之一，争端解决机制是多边贸易体制的核心支柱，也是WTO在稳定全球经济方面做出的最独特的贡献。它具有一定的约束力，而且还有比较残酷的交叉报复制度，对即将入世的中国而言，它既提供了机遇，也带来了挑战。

Dispute settlement mechanism is the core of multilateral trade system, and special contribution made by WTO in the settlement of the global economy. It has a certain binding force and a ruthless, overlapping and retaliating system. It provides challange as well as opportunity for China. |
