摘    要:薄弱学校问题既是一个教育问题,也是一个社会问题。它不是由单一因素形成的,而是由教育不均衡发展政策造成教育资源配置不平衡、义务教育统一目标下教育资源投入不足、分级办学管理体制下所产生的投资差异、公民的教育投资意识导致校际差距加大、教育评价制度的缺失以及薄弱学校自身的原因等多种因素综合作用的结果。

Abstract:The cause of formation of low-performing schools is not only an educational issue,but a societal issue.It is not formed in one way,but the outcome of many reasons.It is caused by the unequal educational resources made by unbalanced educational policy,the shortage of the educational resources of the same compulsory educational objectives,unequal investment led by the classified administrative system of school.In addition,people's education investment consciousness makes the gap between different schools bigger and the lack of education evaluative institution.Finally,problems exist in the low-performing school itself.
