魔芋生物碱提取方法

摘    要:用不同前处理提取贵州清镇产花魔芋中的总生物碱,并用重量法测定总生物碱的含量。结果表明,魔芋粉末中总生物碱为0.496%;魔芋汁中总生物碱为0.152%;魔芋渣中总生物碱量极少,无法称量。

Abstract:Different pre - treatments are used to extract the total konjac alkaloid and the weight method is used to test the alkaloid content. The results show that the total alkaloid in konjac powder is 0.496 percent; konjac juice 0. 152 percent of total alkaloid; the total in alkaloid konjac residue in the alkaloid is too little to be weighed.
