超大跨度下撑式部分折线预应力正交空间管桁架钢网格结构

摘    要:大跨度或超大跨度建筑结构的主体一般为空间钢网格结构或索、杆、膜组成的张拉整体结构,这些结构体系均有其自身的设计理论和最佳的合理跨度。除考虑安全第一的因素外,又要做到造价低、施工周期短,是设计工作者需要认真思考的问题。作者以”安全、合理、先进、经济“的结构设计基本原则为基础,对“超大跨度下撑式部分折线预应力正交空间管桁架钢网格结构”进行了开发性研究。对超大跨度预应力正交空间管桁架网格结构组成及基本要求、节点与支撑架构造、施工方法以及超大跨度下撑式部分折线预应力正交空间管桁架网格结构屋盖设计及技术经济指标进行了周密的分析和论证。在遵循现行技术标准的基础上,将选中的超大跨度下撑式部分折线预应力正交空间管桁架钢网格结构体系进行缩尺模型试验,通过理论分析、模型试验后转化为实际工程,并提出预应力空间钢网格结构新体系的优秀设计标准。

Abstract:The principle part of the long span or super long span building structure is generally the pipe grid structure or the tensegrity structure consisting of the rope, pole and coating which have their own design theory and optimal reasonable span. Designers are required to consider the multi - functional comprehensive application of big pole network, large room and flexible room division, and consider the low cost and short build period at the same time. Based on the principles that are safe, reasonable, advanced and economical, a development research is made on the orthogonal pipe truss steel grid structure of propped broken line pre - stressed force under the super long span. An analysis is made from aspects of the composition, basic requirements, nods, supporting frame structure, building method of orthogonal pipe truss steel grid structure of propped broken line pre - stressed force under the super long span and its roof design and technological and economic target. Based on following the current technological standards, we carry out the model experiment to form the actual engineering through the theoretical analysis and model experiment, and finally an optimal design standard of the new system is put forward about the pre - stressing pipe steel grid structure.
