加快发展河南省非公有制经济的路径分析

改革开放以来，河南非公有制经济在国民经济中的地位和作用日益显著，已成为推动河南国民经济增长的重要力量。目前，非公有制经济创业积极性和投资信心明显提高，投资主体呈现新活力，投资方向呈现多元化，企业组织形式更趋合理，区域块状经济初显端倪。同时，还存在着发展环境、社会意识、服务体系、自身素质等方面的问题，要求我们从政策上加以支持和引导，大力发展非公有制经济，才能使之成为中原崛起的主力军。
