以福建师范大学协和学院为例，总结该院近三年的外宣方式与成效，在广泛吸收新闻传播学界优秀成果的基础上，结合新媒体时代的特点和要求，对新形势下如何做好独立学院的对外宣传进行探索，寻求完善独立学院外宣工作机制的对策和途径。

On the External Publicity Strategies of Independent Colleges in the New Media Times

Taking Concord University College of Fujian Normal University for example, this paper gives a summary of the means and effect of its external publicity in the recent three years. On the basis of using the achievements of journalism and communication and in combination with the traits and demands of the new media times, this paper discusses how to do a good job in the external publicity under the new situation and explores the ways and measures to improve the external publicity mechanism in the independent collezes.
