| 摘 要： | 社会法体系的确立与对于社会法概念的界定及其调整对象的认识密切相关,只有厘清社会法的内涵——社会法的定义,才能确定社会法的外延——社会法的体系。基于社会法学界现已形成的有关社会法定义的一些共识,可勾勒出部门法意义上的社会法体系,即由相关的社会法规范所构成的系统。在社会法体系中,以基本稳定的二元结构即劳动法与社会保障法为核心,还包括一些交叉融合现象和逐渐生成的新领域。
