| 摘 要： | ＂镇级市＂改革的重点是解决强镇扩权与体制创新的问题。温州＂镇级市＂改革是一种创新尝试,应克服诸多认识上的误区,明确改革的现实导向,分析现实条件,从公共政策学的视角强化共识,寻求务实的步骤,最终保障改革的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | The essence of the reform of town-level city is to solve the problems of power expansion of the developed towns and system innovation.The reform of Wenzhou town-level city is a new trend.It should correct the mistakes in acknowledging,make clear the current direction of the reform,analyze the present situation,strengthen the consensus from the view of public policy,try to be pragmatic and ensure the success of the reform. |
