| Abstract: | Based on the present condition and trend, this paper discusses the importance, necessity and mutually complement of establishing, strengthening, and optimizing the mechanism of teachers' continuing education. It also puts forward that at present it is urgent to make the flexible and inflexible mechanism be mutually complementary.
