| 摘 要： | 在高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程体系中,法律部分的教学内容非常重要,承担着大学生在校期间法律课堂教育的重要职责。基础课法律教育目标应以法律知识为基本,引导学生把握社会主义法律体系,培养学生树立社会主义法制理念,进而尊重法律、信仰法律。囿于教学时间所限,要达到这一教学目标,需要对"基础课"法律的教学方法进行积极探索:重视教师培训,提高教师素质;优化整合教学内容;建立集体备课和说课制度;有效利用基础课中的"精彩"资源。
