| 摘 要： | 小学教育一直以来就是我国教育福利事业发展的重点领域,因此如何发展我国的小学教育就成为学术界需要着重分析的议题。本研究采取SPSS软件中的均值分析、因子分析和聚类分析技术,对目前我国不同地区的小学教育状况进行了深入探索。研究发现,我国小学教育存在着地区上的明显差异,并主要在财政、校舍、物资和师资四方面呈现出区域之间、城乡之间、省际之间的差距。研究认为,加大对中西部地区的支持力度,优化小学教育发展中的师资结构,保证小学教育在地区之间的平衡,应当成为我国未来小学教育福利政策的基本方向。
