| 摘 要： | 北宋名臣范仲淹曾在庆历年间担任庆州知州,主持北宋与西夏的战事。他针对西北地区地广人稀、山沟交错、地势险要等特点,采取了在要害之地修筑城寨,加强防御工事,以达到以守为攻的备边政策,并取得了显著成效。

| Abstract: | FAN Zhong-yan,a well-known minister of Northern Song Dynasty,had served as the highest official of Qingzhou over the years and presided over the war between Northern Song Dynasty and Western Xia.According to sparse population valley cross,difficult terrain in northwest area,he proposed to build walled cities in important regions and strengthen the fortifications.FAN Zhong-yan's border-defence strategy of taking defence for offence achieved good effect. |
