加强对高职学生职业核心能力的培养,是高职院校提高教育教学质量、实现人才培养目标的需要,更是实现学生高质量就业和可持续发展的需要。在此,阐述了职业核心能力和拓展训练的基本涵义,在实践基础上分析了拓展训练对高职学生自我学习、与人交流、与人合作、解决问题等职业核心能力提升的助推作用,并提出更加明确的目标,整合资源,注重评测,加强师资建设,探索课程化教学,以体系化、项目化的拓展训练为载体真正提升高职学生的职业核心能力。

The Thought of Promoting Higher Vocational Student Professional Core Ability by Outward Bound

The strengthening of the cultivation of vocational students＇ professional core ability is necessary for higher vocational colleges to improve teaching quality, realize the goal of talent cultivation, and it is necessary to realize student good employment and sustainable development. This paper expounds the basic meaning of professional core ability and the training, based on practice it analyses the promotion function of outward bound for professional core ability of higher vocational students, which includes self-learning, communicating with people, working with others and solving problems. It puts forward more clear goals, integrates resources, pays attention to assessment, strengthens the construction of teachers and explores course teaching, and improves higher vocational students＇ professional core ability with systematic and project training as the carrier.
