The Research into How to Solve the Captial Issue in the Economic Development of the Western Region

This article is mainly about the way to solve the financial problems encountered in economic development of western China. Firstly, the role of capital was emphasized in the development of the western region. Secondly, it was elaborated that what measurements should be taken to overcome the bottle-effect capital issue in the economic development of western. At last, it was restated that the solution of the issue need cooperation from all the aspects mentioned, and meanwhile, the self-reliance of the western region must be highlighted.
