加强高校文科生隐性思想政治教育工作的探讨

高校文科生存在理论学习多,接触实践机会少;课业压力小,却不懂得利用课余时间;就业压力大,又缺乏努力的方向;思维活跃,却缺少正确的评判能力;情感细腻,易引发心理障碍等问题。隐性思想政治教育有它独到的教育优势与特点,文章从校园文化建设、学校精神、规章制度建设、文科特色活动和学校发展共同体等方面对加强文科生隐性思想政治教育进行了探讨。

On Enhancing the Recessive Ideological and Political Education of Students of Liberal Arts in Universities

The students of liberal arts in colleges and universities receive abundant theoretical education but few chances for practical experience. Though academic pressure is small, they do not know how to use their spare time. They surrender to employment pressure while lacking the right direction to move forward. They are active in mind but they lack the ability to judge correctly. They are emotional and delicate, which inclines to lead to psychological disorders and other problems. Recessive ideological and political education has its unique advantages and character- istics. The paper explores how to strengthen recessive ideological and political education of liberal arts students from the construction of campus culture and spirits, rules and regulations, colleges and universities community develop-ment combined with arts featured activities.
