论高校法科学生人文情感之涵育

由于当下我国高校法科教育人才培养模式定位出现偏差,加之部分教师授课方式单一,缺乏人文知识的有效融入,以及功利化求知导向下学生汲取人文知识动力不足,导致高校法科学生人文情感的普遍性失落。当前我国高校法科人才的培养模式亟需进行改革,并应从转变教育理念、优化学缘结构、改进授课方式、培养学生的自我教育能力等方面入手,增进学生人文情感的涵育并促使其整体素质的提升。

On the Cultivating of Human Emotion of College Law Student

As there currently appears the deviation on the cultivating of law students, plus the single mode of lecturing, the lack of effective merging of human knowledge, and the lack of motivation for absorbing human knowl- edge due to the utilitarian knowledge pursuit orientation, there is a general loss of human emotions in college law students. Therefore, the current cultivating mode of law talents in colleges and universities must be reformed. This can be done from the perspectives of changing educational concepts, optimizing the education related structure, im- proving teaching methods and cultivating the students＂ self-education ability so as to promote the cultivation of the law students＂ human emotion and thus enhance their overall quality.
