| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management is a kind of urgency task in the knowl- edge - based enterprises. The banking industry is typical of a knowledge - based industry. Knowledge transferring is the core method of knowledge management. The four major commercial banks are the main body of China＇s bank-ing industry. The research of knowledge transferring is the entry point of knowledge management. The empirical a-nalysis reveals the micro - incentives of knowledge transferring in four major commercial banks, which may provide a theoretical reference to explore intellectual capital. |
