基于稀疏网格的等温点接触弹流问题研究

摘    要:为了提高承载能力,齿轮常要经过修形成为鼓形齿,其真实接触状态采用点接触来近似更为合理,因此研究点接触的弹性流体动力润滑更有实际意义。通过采用稀疏网格对弹流问题进行完全数值求解,求得接触区域的压力与膜厚分布,并与经验公式相比较,为齿轮传动中的弹流计算及研究相关问题机理提供一定参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the bearing capacity, the gear often is modified into drum gear, which contact state reasonably approximates to a point contact. So the research of Point Contact Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication (EHL) is more practical significance. Get full numerical solution of EHL problems by sparse grid, find the pressure and film thickness distribution of contact area, and compared with the experience formula, provide reference for the calculation of EHL in gear transmission and other related issues.
