论考试在人力资源管理中的作用和应用

摘    要:考试在人力资源管理中的作用主要表现在:开掘潜在人力资源和现实人力资源;调节和控制人力资源的流速、流向、流量、人才的结构比例;合理配置社会和组织中的人力资源。直接测评法、间接测评法和综合测评法等考试方法在人力资源管理中的具体应用,可满足各种人力资源管理的需要,主试在采用各种考试时也应掌握各种测评方式的特点,以达到考试活动效率的最大化。

Abstract:The functions of testing in human resources management are mainly as follows:tapping out the potential and actual human resources;regulating and controlling the speed,direction and vol- ume of the human resources flow and also the structural ratio of the human resources;rationally allo- cating the human resources among social agencies and organizations.Different methods of assessing human resources such as direct assessment,indirect assessment and comprehensive assessment can meet the different needs of human resources.So the major examiner should not only use different types of testing but also familiarize with the features of different assessment methods so as to maxi- mize the efficiency of testing.
