| 摘 要： | 李秀成在其“天朝十误”中总结出太平天国在政治方面的诸多失误1.法纪不明,用人唯亲;2.赏罚不公,封王太多;3.歧视士人,不用贤才;4.法制未备,立政无章。对此,李秀成在天国后期曾多次奏谏,力主改革。从其改革建议中,可以看出李秀成政治改革思想的鲜明性、深刻性。

| Abstract: | Li Xiucheng summarized in his "Ten Errors of The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom" that there were a number of political errors in the administration of the kingdom: 1.laws and regulations were not explicit; people were appointed by favourism. 2.unfair punishment; too many high officials. 3.men of superior capacity were neglected. 4.legal system was not complete and some laws were not properly executed. In the later period of the rule of the kingdom, Li Xiucheng time and again presented memorials to the emperor stating his ideology of political reform which showed his profound and shrewd ideology in this field. |
