| 摘 要： | 本文试从现代远程教育的实施现状去把握其发展的规律，对我国现代远程教育的发展趋势进行展望。详细论述了现代远程教育质量、管理、技术以及学习方式等层面的发展趋势，并相信现代远程教育将从试点之初的茫然探索逐步走向系统化、法制化的良性发展轨道。

| Abstract: | This article endeavors to summarize the rule governing the development of modern distance education by analyzing its current situation,and discusses in detail the trend from the aspects of its quality,management,technology as well as learning methodology.It concludes that the modern distance education will turn on a systematized and legalized track from the blind exploration at the very beginning. |
